Description

The Dark Reign event posited an America controlled by Norman Osborne. At this point, Elektra has abandoned his cause and has multiple assassins on her tail. She awakens in a hospital, but it's not long before a killer comes crashing through the window, forcing Elektra to leap through the air in her undies.

Page 7 shows the assassin Nico's arrival; by the time page 14 rolls around, there's been enough of a lull in the fighting for Elektra to don her signature red suit, even all the garters. Nico's partner Carmine is sniping at Elektra from a nearby rooftop. The first panel on that page is a cool close-up on Elektra's eye, with the muzzle flare from the sniper rifle reflected on the surface of her cornea. Note also that Nico is missing her right eye, while Carmine is missing his left eye.
