DescriptionGreat action page in the heart of the Inferno storyline. The X-Men and X-Factor meet for the first time. Wolvie snagged a kiss on the page before, and as you see from the aftermath, Mrs. Grey did not appreciate the gesture. We get an all X mutant rumble with Madelyne holding baby Nate, and hiding her Goblin Queen form. Thanks, BP for working with me on this one. Social/Sharing |

That Wolverine, he sure has a way with the ladies. Love that last panel. This is some pure Silverstri X-Men goodness right here!

One of my favorite arcs, and nostalgic from my childhood.
If you ever find the page Archangel and Wolverine throw down, let me know ;).
So much goodness on this page. Congratulations on another Silvestri gem

Loved this Inferno issue, and an excellent page of the more wild X-men meeting up with X-factor. Congrats!

What a great guy Cyclops is, defending Jean's honor while abandoning his wife and child. This meeting sure shows what kind of leader Scott is. "That's enough mister, let her go or I'll write a stern letter (double spaced) on my letterhead to your manager!" Jean's taking charge more and so is Maddie who is able to use the leverage of Scott abandoning wife and child to get the X-Men on her side. This could have been avoided if Scott would have just given the X-Men a phone call and explained X-Factor was a front to help mutants and not mutant narcs. Then again, who would have taken him seriously in that onesie getup.

Man, whoever thinks Scotty is the X-Men's best leader ever should rethink their life choices!

GREAT Silvestri Inferno page from early in the storyline when his art was tight (which is not the case for later issues I find).

An excellent page from this era. Such great content! Wolverine pulling the moves on Jean, with wimpy Cyclops getting jealous as usual? Awesome!

I love this, dude. This is tops for me as a Silvestri example. Inferno is in my top few X arcs ever and a lot of that has to do with his art from it. This page has gotten something to see in every panel, including Havok (his costume and powers visually - so good) in that last panel and ain't that a just gorgeous mean muggin' Jean in the middle?! Congrats man!

What a collection of characters indeed in the heart of the inferno battle. Rich dialogue to go with the phenomenal Silvestri art. Cheers on this magnificent page from a very hard to get era.
