So this is not the cover to Chuck Norris #1 (Yup..you can find it here on CAF), but as a fan of action movies and the John Wick series I am elated to bring this cover into my collection.

I have admired this cover for some time here on CAF. Recently I took a chance and reached out to the previous owner who surprised me by saying yes to my offer. Thanks JL!

I'll admit the comic itself is not great, but Giovanni's cover art is gritty and captures the mood of the John Wick films perfectly.

For those wondering about the effect used on the suits.. the artist used zipatone over the art to create the look.

I like how he framed the scene with backgrounds and paterns + tilted the angle, both to increase tension. John's facial expression is great and the use of tones is fun. Quite the bang bang cover indeed ;)

Really cool! I've always loved zip-a-tone, but I kind of wish he hadn't used it here. Great perspective to shoot the scene from. Kudos on getting this!

Great John Wick cover. Conveys the emotion of the scene and looks to be right out of the movies. Bang bang indeed.

YES! I love that a piece of John Wick art has made it to CAF (and maybe more have, but I haven't seen them yet). John Wick is one of my favorite action heroes and this is an awesome cover. Congrats!

Great cover from a great franchise! Gotta admit, a part of me was always curious towards the whereabouts of this piece, but I never took the time to investigate! Nicely done!

Awesome use of zipatone! You don't see too many comic book artists use it these days, but Valletta shows here that it can still be a valuable tool when wielded by someone talented.

All four John Wick films were excellent as is this cover. Likenesses can be trick y but Valletta has nailed Keanu here. It's spot-on.

Note to John Wicks opponents...Shoot him in the head, several times. I love action movies and similar nonsense but in real life, faced with a Wickian hero, you would just shoot him in the head. Quick film, no sequel.
