Painted by John Zeleznik. This is the original cover for Palladium's Rifts Coalition Wars 6: Final siege.

I was thrilled to pick this up. Not only is this one of my favorite Rifts covers, it's also a great example of one of my favorite ideas in fantasy: magic vs tech.

Spectacular painting for a wraparound cover! The dragon is the front cover and only when you see the whole thing can you witness the damage done to the city and all the forces coming in to try and stop it.
