Description

Peter Parker had a double-whammy for his closest friends... He was Spider-Man, but not anymore! Covers from this prime Romita Sr. era are in high-demand, and are very hard to come by. The Stan Lee/John Romita Sr. run on the title transitioned the Marvel Universe from the Silver Age to the Bronze Age, and changed the quality of storytelling for the company. Another big point is that this is the only ASM cover that features full forward-facing figures of both Gwen Stacy and Mary Jane Watson.
