Description

Beautiful cover for a recent Italian deluxe edition (De Luxe Edition #42 - 2023) of the famous Marco Polo Disney epic (�La storia di Marco Polo detta Il Milione� in the original Italian, it was published in 1982), by the modern Disney master Andrea Freccero. Very happy to get this as the story (by the great Romano Scarpa) has been one of my absolute favorites for 35+ years. Pen & ink with additional grey watercolors�

Exotic locales and treasure troves are staples of what makes these Disney adventures so compelling to children and adults who don't get the experience of travel any other way. The scene set on the cover definitely entices the audience to explore these places with familiar friends as their guides.

I am always at peace looking at your collection. Love this and it makes me so excited for my first upcoming trip to Disney World and Disney Cruise post OAX. One of the few collections I can get my wife to appreciate as well being the Disney fanatic that she is.
