Description

This is definitely the most random purchase I�ve made in 25 years of collecting.

Sure, I read Gen13 as a teenager. But, I took a long break after Campbell moved on and only came back when Adam Warren took over as writer. So, I missed the entirety of the issues with Gary Frank on art duties.

Yet, as I was flipping through Spencer Beck�s bins at this year�s Terrificon, I found this page and it made me laugh. I have no idea who these hapless rednecks are, but those last two panels of Gary Frank goodness were well worth the $40 I shelled out to take it home. Plus, in this day and age of skyrocketing prices, it�s nice to be reminded that great examples from this medium we love can be found at all ranges of the price spectrum.
