Description

Title page image of Captain Comet smashing into the villains headquarters. This is a very nostalgic issue for me since it is one of the earlier comics I read as a kid. Absolutely loved the artwork of Rich Bucker and Bob Layton. This very page inspired me to start collecting original comic art in 2006.

This is wonderful as it looks like Buckler was in his Neal Adams phase and Layton brings that shine onto everything he brushed! Dynamic energy of the splash can still be felt all these years later!
