DescriptionGray Morrow: Barbara Cartland's Romances Daily Comic Strip Original Art Group of 6 (United Feature Syndicate, 1982). Bestselling author Barbara Cartland was so prolific, that a whopping 160 manuscripts remained unpublished at the time of her death in 2000. Some of her tales have proved ideal for adaptation into comics. Gray Morrow was the perfect artist for the job, immersing himself in a period piece. Dates are 10-11 through 10-16 of 1982. A great example of what was the height of romance strips! Handsom gentlemen suitors fighting over a young lady as a stand in for the intended female audience. Morrow outdoes his superhero work with this strip.
