The composition (especially the bottom) makes me think of Will Eisner. Very cool pick up!

I like that he even puts in the classic static and tracking that all VHS players shows at the start in panel 2. It deliciously rocks out with DWJ's nostalgic love of watching movies on tape with friends of pop culture (Star Wars, Thriller, Zombie movies, etc.) from the past.
