DescriptionThis was one of the first pieces of art I ever got from Nick B. His animation style and crazy level of details was super impressive. As you can see by the writing at the top, this was intended for #1, but eventually came out as #2. C'est la vie!As for Ash and the Army of Darkness - I have been a fan since being dragged back in high school to see the movie by a friend of mine. I didn't know who Bruce Campbell was, or who Sam Raimi was - but on that day I learned where I could shop smart! Also, the scene with the necronomicon and Ash trying to cheat the 3rd word really hit the spot especially as The Day the Earth Stood Still (the original) is my favorite Sci-Fi film of all time. Holy crap, Bradshaw has been a pro for at least 20 years? Damn, I can barely remember there was a time when he didn't ape Arthur Adams! Congrats on your acquisition!

Bradshaw's art was so fresh and exciting to me at that time. Still is but he has lost a bit of that sense of movement by going the Art Adams route (and stopping doing sequential work).
(and oh, a Bradshaw cover after a Campbell one? What's next? Dean Yeagle or Art Adams? ;)

Chaotic AoD goodness from earlier Nick! Nice composition - you gotta pull back a little to make sure you get it all, and I dig that in images. The smaller circular inset panels are a nice touch, too! Congrats!

Outstanding cover packed with detail in the style of EC. You can spend some time looking at this! Love the signature circles, especially the one with the Necronomicon. The deadites might not have been aware but Bradshaw is packing a boom stick as well! Love it!

I would worry for your intelligence if you had said that the remake of the day the Earth stood still was your favorite. Bruce is always entertaining. Love the films too. Evil Dead remakes without Bruce, don't bother.
