Description

Lots of orphans amongst old comic characters (Annie, Dondi, etc.).

Lucky Nancy was taken in by her Aunt Fritzi.

Sluggo, like Little Max in Joe Palooka, somehow managed to live contentedly alone in a rundown shack of his own without social services knocking at his door.
