8.5x11" artboard w/Mark Bright and Jason Scott Jones' line art transferred to this stat, which was then hand-painted by Milestone colorist Noelle Giddings, utilizing mixed media. This original color art was then used to produce the actual comic book cover. Icon #23 was published by DC Comics under their Milestone imprint March 1995. Cover shows two guns firing at Rocket with bullet holes behind her. Title and artist names written back of artboard. Light edge and corner wear, but in Exc. condition.
