8.5x12.5" artboard w/Jeff Moore's line art transferred to this stat, which was then hand-painted by Milestone colorist Noelle Giddings, utilizing mixed media. This original color art was then used to produce the actual comic book cover. Static #35 was published by DC Comics under their Milestone imprint May 1996. Cover shows Prometheus draining Static of his power. Back features line art stat panel for Blood Syndicate #24. Light edge and corner wear, but in Exc. condition.
