DescriptionThis was too big to fit in my scanner (12x18) so it was cut off at the sides. Ive had this idea for a while. Bane breaking Batman was in many ways DCs follow-up event to the Death of Superman so this just seemed natural. Im surprised I havent seen it done already. Never the less, Tom was doing sketches at FanExpo and thought it would be a good time to get it done. Super stoked with how it turned out! I may get it inked. But the black and blue pencils do give it a certain charm.Social/Sharing |

The death blow to Superman wasn't as iconic as Batman's back break image. This is way more definitive and Grummett makes it work!
