DescriptionI decided to add another Stephen Youll to the collection after having it on my Want List for some time. Created as the cover art for “The Way of the Rose” by Valery Leith, part 3 of her Everien series, published by Bantam Spectra in 2001. The image was nominated for a Chesley Award in 2002 (Best Paperback Cover). Featured on page 38 of Steve's art book "Paradox" published by Paper Tiger in 2001.Oils in illustration board 16” x 20” Social/Sharing |

It looks so much of it's time when CGI and video games would influence the new look of fantasy art with intense colors and immersive environments!!
