Description

Art is by Rodney Buchemi. Pencils over blue line.
Maybe somebody can give me insight on this one. We've got Batty and the Joker, but it's drawn on Marvel stock. I've seen other pages on ebay but no info there. Can't seem to find any info.
Anyway, any info would be appreciated. Or you could purchase this and the mystery could be yours to own.
