DescriptionWhen I was young I didn't care for Frank Robbins or Don Heck but have come to appreciate both of them. I have some Robbins but Heck has usually been out of my range. This Jason Bard page wasn't too expensive and inker Murphy Anderson didn't overwhelm Heck too much. Plus with all the great rain effects created by quickly pulling the side of a coin through the ink it's a great page to fun your fingers over.Social/Sharing |

The low level street view is very unique in the first panel. That Anderson touch can be seen on the slick road. Very nice crime noir feel for the 70's and definitely lives up to the detective story promised in the title.
