DescriptionMy adventures into the world of Grendel has brought me the wonders of many artists and stories that I never would have read or heard of, Jay Geldhof being one such artist. Loved his work on Grendel which allowed me to pick up and read the unfinished miniseries The Lost. The Lost is a "modern-day" version of Peter Pan but reimagined as a goth Vampire on the hunt for his new Wendy. Was glad Jay put out some pages for the story so I could pick up this page! Peter has brought his new "Wendy" back to his hide out where a pessimistic Ricky is waiting. Really enjoyed the mood of this page and the darkness that awaits this new Peter Pan hideout.11x17 Social/Sharing |

This is my introduction to the artist, but what a nice example- moody and inky are always on my list of what catches my eye about a page, and this has both. Love how the negative space suggests the tree's bark.
