Description

Poor Spider just isn't having a good day! Beaten and drugged, how will our hero escape his captors?

I remember reading this issue as a kid and having that same question running through my head! A rather crazy storyline, but with always stellar art by Mark Bagley! Another ASM page added to the collection!

Fantastic Bagley ASM add! Yup, Spidey is down and out, but he'll be okay. He still has 558 issues ahead of him.

Just the right time period in 1993 as all the major titles had elevated interest and people speculated on what major event would befall Spider-Man when Superman died, Batman got his back broken, etc. With Bagley leading the charge towards issue #400, this issue had him on trial from these guys and made Spider-Man question his own sense of responsibility!

Another worthy '90s Bagley Spidey add to the collection, man! Whew, can just feel "B-BAM" in panel 3...poor Spidey. Congrats!
