Description

My cover artwork of the infamous SHOCKWAVE for @skyboundent TRANSFOMERS #9!!! The colors on the final cover by @davidbaron.co . He really elevated the artwork into something special.

I never thought in a million year that I would get an opportunity to draw something for a Tranformers comic. Not only that, but I got to draw the G1 version!

This is a big deal for me. For those who don�t know, Transformers is my Batman or Spider-Man. Drawing this is a bigger deal for me than drawing something for those franchises. I spent a lot of time as a kid playing parts of Transformers: The Movie in slow-motion, trying to learn how to draw, and I learned a lot on how to draw mechanical objects from studying the backgrounds of The Attack on Autobot City.

Well, enough rambling. It was an honor. Achievement unlocked. Maybe one day I�ll get a chance to draw the Autobot Twins doing some of their patented �Jet Judo.�

Well done sir! I love seeing all of the Transformers art from so many artists since the comic launched. The franchise means a whole lot to me too and I'm so happy to see it doing so well.
