DescriptionMike Ploog did this recreation for me in 2004 when he and I were working on recreating all of his Marvel comics covers for a book project. He did another version of this recreation but changed some details and colors so as to not have an exact duplicate which I sold I think in 2005 as I had this version that I framed and hung on my wall.Social/Sharing |

This is awesome. I don't always love recreations (which are sometimes so exact that they just feel like a photocopy), but doing it in full color like this makes it so much more than a recreation. Vibrant and dynamic, and all Ploog. Great piece!

These border on full painted versions if not for the classic black linework!

You missed a beat here. As its a recreation, the blurb should read, 'a legend is reborn.' Works on all levels since there was a previous character called ghost rider.
