Description

small daily from Alex, but still nice inking.
Wilfred Cuttle is escaping after his coup at the Bank.
His life will not be as quiet as he thinks from now on.

Alex Raymond could always be counted on to wield a pen and brush for maximum drama, as in this episode published in 1951. Ink over graphite on Bristol board, with an image area of 18.5" x 5.5". There is light toning, pinholes, marginal smudging, corner bends and staining. In Very Good condition.

No error from me, but from the copyright label. This daily is from 1951 and not 1950.
They just did not think to print it yet...
