DescriptionDan Slott and Valerio Schiti's run on Iron Man had a lot of really fun ideas. The sheer number of different designs Valerio worked into a relatively small number of issues is frankly staggering. And if the concept art he released on his social media accounts were anything to go by, he had plenty more that could have been incorporated. One of the designs I was particularly partial to that never made it into the book was the concept he shared with Iron Man in an exoskeleton. I was lucky enough to get on his NYCC list in 2023 and requested a fleshed out version of that concept. This masterpiece is where it landed. Valerio remains one of my favorite modern artists and this piece only helped to reaffirm that that view. Social/Sharing |

Taking mech design to another level! Schiti brings the anime look to the Iron Man suit right before our very eyes!
