Description

Part 2 of the Common Council Crisis;
The criminal group the Common Council, following the directions of their mysterious leader, have attacked and captured several members of the Buffalo Stampede. Among those imprisoned are Rockpile, Blackthorn, the Blizzard, and the Norseman, while The Colonial has been trapped between dimensions by The Fox Sisters, cutting her off from her allies.
Other members are still under attack and being captured, including the semi-retired Lady Liberty, who is a focus of the villains' plans, which forces her retired husband, Wild Bill to act.
In the meantime, another spectral entity, aware of the situation seeks to free the Colonial, but knows the remaining heroes will need help and recruits two newcomers to aid the remaining heroes under attack.
They are;
Spectrum (named for the college newspaper at University of Buffalo); Spectrum
can generate various colored aura around herself which have different effects. Each color corresponds to a different effect, certain colors can be mixed and multiple colors can be used at the same time. Her auras allow Spectrum a margin of protection as a personal force field from projectiles and energy bursts, up to a certain degree and allow her to fly.
Silver Arrow (named for the Pierce Silver Arrow luxury car produced by American luxury automaker Pierce-Arrow in 1933 in Buffalo, NY) Silver Arrow is an Olympic level archer
specializing in the use of regular bows, longbows, compound bows, and crossbows with near-perfect accuracy. He is capable of firing multiple arrows at a single target in a few seconds, hitting multiple targets in a few quick strokes, and directly hit small targets in the greatest of distances. He uses a variety of different arrows, each fitted with a special arrowhead that is either stored in the various small pockets and pouches hidden in his costume or already attached to the arrow itself. He also uses broadhead types of arrows in combat when needed.
Sliver Arrow possesses peak reflexes & Olympic level endurance, strength, & conditioning. His sight is more accurate than most normal humans, aiding him in being a master marksman. Aiding him is his acrobatic skills, proficiency in several hand-to-hand weapons, and weapons designer, having designed and built his trick arrows.
