When I started reading comics again, King Thor was one of series that I was most excited about.

A brutal, gritty look at the transformation of a wastrel godling into a wizened, world-weary King.

I was thrilled to pick up this interior page with Thor finally eyeing a possible victory over a seemingly unconquerable foe.

I like the design of the villain and the graphic design with which he's drawn. Did Thor just bite his eye though? Yikes!!!
