DescriptionQuicksilver and Rogue talk about his sister Wanda who was killed off by Nemesis (Holocaust) in X-Men Chronicles #1Ian Churchill did some solid 90s’ large art on this book. It’s a shame he didn’t get his own 4 issue mini in the Age of Apocalypse. Though, I can’t say I’d have taken any of the other iconic artists off their respective books. I initially missed out on this page at one auction house a few years back. Luckily, I got another shot at it when it popped up for sale at another, where I snapped it up. For a 40+ page book, I haven’t seen many pages for it in the wild. Would love to get my hands on one of the more meatier action pages from this issue as well. Social/Sharing |

This is great early Ian Churchill art concurrent with his run on Cable. Hyper detailed linework carving out the faces and figures adding to the legend feel of the classic AOA storytline.

Great to see where this page ended. It's a really fun piece with some fantastic art. This series really created some cool lore for the AOA. Congrats!
