10-5/8x15.75" artboard has pen and ink original art by George Pérez (1954-2022) w/inks by John Tartaglione (1921-2003). Art is for story page 34 of Avengers Annual #6, published by Marvel Comics, Nov. 1976. No Final Victory! story saw The Avengers battling both Nuklo and Living Laser. Five panel battle shows Iron Man and Captain America reacting to Nuklo growing to immense size before grabbing Iron Man. Last panel shows The Avengers - including Beast, Captain America, Wasp, Yellowjacket and Wonder Man (along w/Living Laser) - in the wreckage of Nuklo's attack. Top margin has penciled title (partially removed by surface paper lift) and inked issue/page numbers. Back has Marvel copyright stamp. Last panel has partial text strip replacement w/aged masking tape on reverse. Pérez has signed first panel, between Iron Man and Captain America images. Of note, Nuklo appears as reverse printed stats (applied overtop Pérez's original art; as evidenced by one stat partially lifting) for printing effect. Artboard is evenly aged w/scattered handling wear and strip of tape staining at top/bottom center margin. Scattered staining to third through fifth panels. Art is Fine/VF overall. Great Pérez Avengers page featuring many characters from this beloved Bronze Age run. From the collection of Terry Kavanagh, former Marvel Comics editor/writer.
