11-3/8x14-1/8" artboard has pen and ink w/inkwash original art for The MAD Jock Book, published in 1983. Art is by MAD legend Jack Davis (1924-2016) and is two-page spread for "The Ten Commandments For The Pro Football Fan" section of the book, showing Cincinnati Bengals fan excitedly running towards scalper outside stadium. Aged pasted stat provides Commandment, reading "Thou Shalt Have No Other Team Except For The One Whose Crucial Championship Game Thou Pays A Scalper $50 For" under penciled "I" which has glue staining from missing stat. Davis has signed below scalper image in black felt tip pen. Blue pencil/red ink page numbers (8 and 9) at bottom. Art remains clean and Exc. Great example of classic Jack Davis MAD original art.
