DescriptionI thought this was a unique page with the bottom half drawn by guest artist Jensine Eckwall. The balance between the super precise lines and the chaos worked great.Social/Sharing |

Such a unique book. Your pages capture a nice cross-section of its aesthetic.

I never noticed 2 artists while reading this. But it is a terrific piece.

Myth making at it's finest. Tradd's modern surrealism combined with Eckwall's ancient antiquities aesthetic gives this tale a weight of darkness.

Exactly! Pretty cool seeing the contrast between the top and bottom half. I'm sure you've had some fun making out all the imagery on the latter. Congrats!

Definitely a stunning, intriguing page with those two contrasting artistic styles. Like having two pages in one! Congrats on a great add.

A beatiful tapestry on paper. It's eerie thinking about a lady of olden times carrying a bucket of water...flash forward to today and ladies still carry buckets of water. Thx Stanley, Yeti and the Large Plastic Jug Inc. for keeping it classic. Amazing pick up!

Wow! What a fantastic page from Tradd Moore's "Doctor Strange: Fall Sunrise." (I also added one, did you see it?) I really love your page, it not only has Tradd's drawing of Stephen Strange meeting Yalda, it also has a gorgeous half-page of detailed tapestry work by Jensine Eckwall.which accompanies all the explanatory copy. (If I were you, I'd get someone to do a mylar overlay with all the copy on it). This was such an amazing book--Unlike anything else I've ever seen. I'm certain this title will be long remembered. Congratulations on a great pick-up!
