DescriptionFinal page of the historic issue where Black Lightning turns down an offer to join the Justice League. The JLA designs a convoluted test to determine of BL is JLA material. As this page shows, Lightning is having none of it! "Just get yourself another boy!"Dillin did so well with these characters, it's a shame to think he died prematurely a short time after this was published.
