When Rude does a retro story you can be sure it sure looks like it belonged in that era. What's surprising is that Milgrom can work this tight of a controlled ink line. Metropolis looks like it came the from Fleischer cartoons and the newsroom was the nerve center of the city with so much commotion! Sure, Supes and Hulk show up, but a lot of world building is done as the meat of the page.
