This is the Comic Odyssey Philippines Exclusive cover to Red Sonja #1, by the immensely talented Ellery Santos!
I picked up this cover up at SDCC, where I got a chance to meet Ellery in person. He is a fantastic artist, whose work has been mostly in coloring up until now, and this is his first published cover! I also got a chance to meet the owner of Comic Odyssey at SDCC, which is one of the biggest comic shops in the Philippines. He had reached out to Jiggy to try to purchase this piece since it was their exclusive cover, but I had snatched it up already. With all that said, I offered it to him if he really wanted, but he politely declined, so it's not mine!!!
I love the composition of this piece, with Sonja laying down on the river, arrows everywhere, and her body half submerged...

Look at you, going full hog on the modern day Filipino Invasion. I think you you should sell off all your Captain America art and just buy Next Comic Art's entire inventory, including everything their artists produce over the next 5 years!

Brilliant way Ellery designed it so he got to color above and below the water surface. A Dynamite cover that Nick didn't invent? Sick!
