Very beautiful example of Kirby art! D Bruce Berry is right up there with Sinnott and Royer as favorite inkers of Kirby from fans. Very bold and powerful, plus the strangeness of design that epitomizes the imaginative worlds comics took us to.

Congrats! This is a terrific page with pure Kirby sense of wonder in every panel. You've probably noticed the difference in text from the published version in panel three. That was a Gerry Conway rewrite. Dollars to doughnuts there's a different line for Dr. Canus in panel three, under the paste-up--something along the lines of "Look, what's that!?"

Wow !!!! Thanks for the heads up on that Aaron ! I have not had anytime to enjoy it . I just got it yesterday in the mail . But I have the next two days off too take it in !
