Description11 x 17A fantastic story by the team of Matthew Rosenberg and Tyler Boss on childhood and the desire to grow up too soon. I had heard lots of great things about the series but was pretty late to catch on. Boss does some amazingly original things with his sequential art, and though the story does take a dark turn, it was quite entertaining from beginning to end. Most, if not all, the pages were basically gone by the time I had finished reading so I've just been keeping an eye out and managed to snag a few great pages from the final issue recently. This page is when things get real. Berger is shot and wounded and Paige lashes out. The story continually kind of keeps you jumping back between fantasy and reality but we see that Paige switches from her water pistol to the real deal here and shoots a cop. A great comic that everyone should check out and glad to have this cool moment from the book. Social/Sharing |

I've consistently heard great things about this book but have been remiss in reading it. Need to rectify that ASAP, particularly after seeing this super crisp art. Glad you found some nice pages.

Very nicely planned and carried out by Boss. It looks like a diorama of the bank heist used to plan it out with the figures in miniature that then switches to reality which gets more personal and messy.

Being a champion at coming to a series way too late and just in time to find almost nothing or absolutely nothing left in terms of original pages, I feel your pain, Jason! But glad your patience and persistence paid off!
