Description...Hayata is enrolled in the national orphanage "B.B. House," which is funded by the B.B. Fund and houses orphans without relatives under the national project "Blue Bird Policy." However, there is another hidden project in the B.B. Policy. The police have created a special unit by cultivating talented people from among the orphans, called "Black Bird," which is another "B.B." One day, a child from the facility, Jin, goes missing, and an illegal drug called "MAD2" is left at the scene... In order to rescue Jin, Hayata and the members of Black Bird start working together! MAD2 is said to be a good aphrodisiac if taken in 1-2 tablets, a good narcotic if taken in 3-4 tablets, and a "good murder weapon" if taken in 5-6 tablets. Pursuing the mystery, Hayata and his friends arrive at Romeo Jetero, who dropped out of the Medical Research University two years ago. And another person, Roger Smith, a sprinter who has won the world championship three times in a row, is said to have paid a lot of money to get MAD2...
