The past couple of years, I've made day trips to Terrificon with intent to get specific sketchbook entries done. Last year, it was Alan Davis and Tana Ford (and Eranga D, but don't tell him that).

At Terrificon 2022, I asked Tana about interest in contributing to my first X-Men sketchbook. She was interested & liked the idea of drawing Iceman, but it wasn't going to be feasible to give her the book that weekend.

Fast forward a year, I get to Terrificon and make a beeline for her table to drop off the book so she could get to work.

And work she did, rendering a tremendous color image of Iceman racing through the book on his patented ice slide.

Tana, an absolute joy of a person, will definitely be someone I go back to for more sketchbook entries (I already did at HeroesCon 2024).

Iceman : You two really are cowboys.

DanT : What's your problem, Bobby?

Iceman : You're everyone's problem. That's because every time you go to the con, you have a sketchbook. I don't like you because you're dangerous.

DanT : That's right! Ice... man. I am dangerous.

Iceman : You! You are still dangerous. But you can be in my sketchbook any time.

DanT : Bullshit! You can be in mine.

Sweet! I'm a big Iceman fan, including the spikey craggy look! Always dig how artists can really take some liberties in their own spins on Bobby and Tana does a COOL rendition here. Congrats, Dan!
