Rudy Nebres is Open for Commissions .

Rudy doesn't take on more than he can handle.
His turnaround time frame is 4 to 9 weeks.
Rudy would never ever ask for full payment before starting anything.
He only requires a deposit to start if it's over $150 and balance when done.
I can provide a long list of references if needed that include 2 well known artists .
