I dallied in 2023 and missed out, so in 2024 I wised up and made Soey's table one of my first stops and picked up this absolutely charming sketch.

Milk has took my money
Makes it washy for a lovely new art day, ay-ay-ay
Milk and Rosewood for me
Take the stuffiness out of girls she makes
And illustrates

Slow moving dudes pass me by

Absolutely stunning execution here, M L. A dizzying command of watercolors and washes, just a beautifully "simple", fluid portrait that revels in the organic feel given by the washes (with a lovely dash of "edge" from the ink splatter). Wow - super impressive work. Mega-congrats, M L!
