Description

After purchasing a Conan piece by Bruno during a CAF Live event last year, I got the itch to have him tackle another Captain America scene for me.

When I first commissioned Bruno back in 2020, one of the scenes I was interested in seeing him draw was the airport battle from Civil War. Several of his commission samples deftly handled large casts and I thought it would be great to get so many key MCU characters on the page in one scene.

However, I left choice of scene up to him and he went in a different direction� and boy am I glad he did. Because while he might not have delivered the airport scene with all those key characters, he delivered one of THE most iconic scenes in the entire MCU, featuring THE team underpinning the entire Infinity Saga.

I�m blown away by this one, to be honest. With his center placement as the leader of the team (not to mention the extra touch of black Bruno added to his mask), my eye always lingers on Cap. Which is perfect, because my theme is built around Captain America.

But then my eye wanders to take in all the wonderful details Bruno added in, be it his depiction of the Avengers or the carnage surrounding them on the streets of NYC.

As an added bonus, this is my first Cap commission featuring the Hulk, and he�s quite possibly my favorite thing about this one. Love how he towers over them, and that face is perfection!

The whirling shot from Avengers when they are first fully assembled in NYC to fight off the Chitauri! Seelig makes it look indie and offbeat by boiling down these heroes to their raw essence!

I love how Seelig plays with the shapes and proportions of the characters. All instantly recognizable but true to his style. Fantastic rendition of a memorable moment in the MCU.
