Every panel in the rectangular form as if this was being storyboarded by O'Neill! It's over the top detailed in each panel to show the energy and frenetic pace!

That's an absolutely insane page. I love the way Kev's 'real' Dredd seems like a hyper clean Bolland type of Dredd, to contrast with the twisted, strangely organic robot judge. Great page!
