S. Clay Wilson's mini comic Murder was a mixed media art project produced in 1973 for the San Francisco Comic Book Co. that incorporated collage and ink. Part of a 4 piece (8 pg) complete book.

This has timeless appeal as society is still enthralled with true crime in our news and entertainment. Perhaps we are fascinated and scared of what we are all capable of within. Wilson brings some very bold visuals to sensationalize it much like tabloids or docuseries we still have today. Perhaps the handsome man and femme fatale in the collage are used to entice readers who used to get their fix on crime comics during the gangland days.
