United in cause! We are the World, Live Aid, Hands Across America, Heroes For Hope, Heroes Against Hunger, etc. No one was bitching about helping people from another country as we were sending food to Africa and sending weapons to the Sandanistas and Afghanistan to spread Freedom and America's might all over the world to bankrupt the Soviet Union and fight them commies.
