Description

This was done for the EMPIRE Magazine Sept 2016 issue celebrating 76 years of he most iconic villian in comics --the Clown Prince of Crime, in preparation for the 2016 Suicide Squad movie release! Jock brings many versions of the Jokers from over the years --Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger movie versions, Batman the Animated Series, Killing Joke, Death in the Family, even his own iconic Detective Comics #880 cover and demonstrates how much comics and pop culture are closely intertwined! Rendered in ink over graphite on standard size [11 x 17"] Bristol board.
