Description

I have always loved this page and of course Brian Bolland in general. Obviously an actual killing joke page especially this one if out of reach for almost everyone so I decided a recreation was in order. I really love Mooneyham's style. I was thinking of him to recreate a Bolland or Gibbons piece for a while and when the commission list opened up I gave him the choice of this page or the Legends of the Dark Knight #509 Cover creation and he chose this iconic interior! Really love his take on this iconic page.

It's one thing to tackle the famous image, but Mooneyham also does the set up so well to build it up to that point!
