DescriptionTony Daniel and Sandu FloreaSplash page of New 52 Bronze Tiger and Lady Shiva from the series Deathstroke. It was written and drawn by Tony Daniel with inks by Sandu Florea. In the New 52, Bronze Tiger was altered a bit. Along with being in the League of Assassins, he had a talisman to change into a human/tiger hybrid vs just wearing a tiger mask plus they gave him a clean scalp. As my scalp has gotten cleaner, I've liked seeing this look on more characters. We don't get much of a view of Lady Shiva here. But, spoiler alert - she still has hair. In another interesting comparison, reading the printed page, Drinking Buddy in the New 52 is Slade Wilson/Deathstroke instead of SNL's Chris Farley. Anyway, back then, I picked up this series mainly due to Tony's incredible artwork. This was purchased directly from his big cartel art site. Thanks, Tony! Social/Sharing |
