Purchased from Comic Link in 2024. I appreciate the fast shipping

I�ve wanted a page from this story for years. On this page, Superboy rescues an alien �dog� who then seeks to become his pet. Later, Krypto instantly become jealous and competitive. Ultimately, Zkor pretends to have a fatal vulnerability to rainwater, Krypto �saves� him (although he second guessed the decision), and Zkor leaves the earth.

Krypto is very human in his resentment of Superboy and his new would be pet-not his finest hour.

I�ve always liked Zkor, who just wanted to the pet of a kind �master� like Superboy after losing his family.

I remember the story well - a fun Silver Age one featuring that alien dog. A nice addition to your collection.

Such a unique design and instantly lovable too with the dog head and the kangaroo/dragon body.

The black background of space helps the foreground characters to stand out, even without color. In fact, the blue color of Superboy's suit would make him blend in more on the final page than he does on the original art.
