This is terrific. Watercolor is my favorite color medium and Phil really does some fine work here.

Noto's water colors hits the right tone for a retro aesthetic out of the 50's advertising / pin up world. Very engaging with what he can do when the color of the costume is just white and he has to add shading and backgrounds to make the image pop.
