To my chagrin, I can't recall the issue this was in. Tracking it down now.

It's next to impossible to find Visions 1, 1st appearance, now...trying to find Flaming Carrot artwork is next level impossible. I feel hugely fortunate to have picked this up from some cool guys at a local comic convention...very fortunate: it's probably one of the most representative examples of Flaming Carrot in action with his nutty sense of humor in tow.
