Description

I've been enjoying Tom Reilly's artwork on the GI Joe Energon Universe series! I was happy to see they hired Reilly re-design all the classic Joe characters (some new characters too) for the Energon launch. I was also excited to see they have plans to create a TV series based on GI Joe, Transformers, and Void rivals.

This is Reilly's designs for both the debut of Shooter & Roadblock in the Energon-U. The Shooter design was recently published in the back pages of GI Joe 12, which was released October 15, 2025. Skybound also teased the new Roadblock design online on October 11, 2025.

As a design fiend, I'm thrilled to add these designs from Reilly to my collection. Thanks to Tom Reilly and Josh at Modern Mythology Comic Art!
